Greetings from the SSV Corwith Cramer.
Today begins the sea component of class C-288 in SEA's Atlantic Exploration Program. All of our students boarded the Corwith Cramer today at 1400 hours and joined the ship's company as student crew. We will spend the next two days docked alongside in Woods Hole so the students can receive a full orientation to shipboard life. On Sunday October 13, we will have completed our necessary training and plan to get underway for sea. All hands are looking forward to casting off docklines, raising the sails and beginning our voyage to the Caribbean.
Fair Winds,
Capt. Jason Quilter
