SEA Currents: Corwith Cramer

Ship maintenance is hard work, especially during the heat of August in Spain! Accordingly, our crew burns through some serious calories each day and it is Steward Nick and Assistant Steward Sarah¹s job to replenish the lost energy - and they do an amazing job.
Personally, my favorite way to replenish calories is through the institution of second breakfast. Similar to the eating schedule of Hobbits, the Corwith Cramer crew eats one breakfast at 0630, and then another at 1000. The 1000 meal is a full meal of delicious delights: today was pancakes, homemade apple pastry, sausages, and fruit. It was very much appreciated after a morning of hard work.
Here in Mallorca, we¹ve also discovered the local delicacies including traditional Spanish paella, infinite varieties of gelato, and dark chocolate-stuffed cereal. Between the tasty shipboard meals and the occasional treats ashore, it makes the normally arduous shipyard life much more palatable.
