The experiences of two SEA Semester students from Mount Holyoke, Sal Cosmedy and Mia Sigler, currently sailing aboard the SSV Robert C. Seamans with class S-283, The Global Ocean, New Zealand, are described in an article on the college website.

"Their experience brings together two important aspects of Mount Holyoke’s educational mission in today’s interconnected world: global education and sustainability."

It’s so nice to see a picture of you, Mia! And of you, as well, Sal…I hope to meet you one day. I enjoyed the article and want to send it to some of my friends, as it contains great information about both Mt. Holyoke and your Sea Semester adventure.

We can’t wait to see, in person, Mia!  We’re so looking forward to hearing about your time on the Seamans and to just enjoying having you “home” again!

I send Best Wishes for a Wonderful Holiday and Success in the New Year to each person on board.  I know all of you have become very important to Mia, and because of that you are special to me as well.

Love to all,
Nana
