Friends on the Elephant Table,

Description of location
Grenada

Wind
ExN F5

Souls on board

WEEK ONE:

Hearts so full of hope
Two gales can't break our spirits
Or maybe, they can.

A PLACE TO BE:

Elephant Table
Perfect perch above the deck
I'll nest here all day!

TAFFRAIL LOG:

Spinning loyally
Behind us for miles and miles
Calls of, "GET THE LOG!"

FLYING FISH:

By air or by sea
So sparkling and speedy
Woosh! Flop! Fish on deck!

SQUALOR:

Hottest place to live
Gia, Steven, and Paula
Lives up to its name

JWO/JLO PHASE:

All hands so stressed out
But we know more than we think
Students call the shots

LAND HO:

Coming into port
Sailors distracted by thoughts
Of ice cream and sleep

SWIMMING:

Sierra Charlie
Splash in from the science deck
Nothing like swim call

EVENING AT SEA:

Sunset on the deck
Star frenzy and soft guitar
All hearts sing with bliss

- Emma Hayward (with help from Duncan), Sailing Intern, B-Watch

Happy birthday, Libs! It's better to be over the hill than buried under it!
