The students of C-276 Caribbean Reef Expedition have all arrived aboard SSV Corwith Cramer and we are currently conducting rounds of training and familiarization with the ship, including how to go aloft safely, how to use the scientific equipment, and how to live and work on a 134' tall ship.

It will be a long day of orientation, and then tomorrow we will set sail towards the Grenadines. Along the way, the ship's company will get to know each other as we conduct science deployments along the islands of the southeast Caribbean Sea.

We expect to arrive at Union Island on Friday to begin several days of reef work in the Tobago Cays.
