Vice President, Global Conservation, Wildlife Conservation Society
A former student and teacher at SEA Semester, Dr. Caleb McClennen leads efforts at the Wildlife Conservation Society to address the root causes of environmental decline. His efforts are focused on climate change, economic and food security, and industrial development. Caleb also plays a leadership role in expanding the reach of the WCS through strategic partnerships with NGOs, corporations, and philanthropic institutions.
He serves on the Adjunct Faculty of Columbia University’s School of Public and International Affairs, and the Earth Institute Center for Environment and Sustainability. He is an advisor to the New England Aquarium Marine Conservation Action Fund and an overseer at Sea Education Association.
