Celestial Lust
Oh hey there, Pleiades, how you been? You're looking good, you been working out? It has been way too long, how is everything going? Oh really, that must have been fantastic. Did you take some good photos? We'll have to get together over drinks or something, you can tell me all about it. Yeah, totally.
So, um, how are you and Aldebaran doing? Are you two still together? I see he's still hanging around. Everything good? Really, no way, that no good red giant, how could he? Those red giants always thinking they can get away with whatever they want. I am not one to gossip, so you didn't hear this from me, but I heard that he and Cassiopeia were out together the other month. But like I said, you didn't hear that from me. Oh, I'm sorry to hear all this.
What else is new? Really, that's awesome! You could even say that's a ray of shining light!
I know, shameless...
Me, oh I am doing just fine. Still attached at the hip with Earth. It's going good, though, I mean, we still like each other. She is great and all, but...it's just that, well, never mind. Are you sure you want to hear about this?
Alright, you sure?
OK, well it's just that she is just so attached. She never wants to go anywhere or do anything by herself. I even introduced her to some planets, we go out and meet up with Venus, Mars, and Saturn all the time. She just isn't happy unless she's going 'round and 'round. It's kind of like it's all about her. Every time I want to come over for a visit with you, she gets all defensive. Maybe she doesn't share well. An only planet, I am guessing. Maybe it's just inter-celestial dating that makes her shy.
You got any plans now that you're back up in the night sky? Nothing? That's a shame, you know. You make the rest of the night look bad, shining over there by your lonesome. It might take us a while to meet up, but you and I should really get together and kick it. Yeah, your sisters can come, no problem.
I'll be seeing you in a while. Take care.
Oh, have I told you that you're my favorite? Sweet dreams, I'll see you next dawn.
