Why did you choose SEA Semester?

The idea of getting to sail the ocean while still receiving credit was too much to pass up. Turns out I was right, SEA Semester was one of the greatest experiences of my life!

What was the singular most memorable moment of your SEA Semester experience?

Waking up everyday and seeing nothing but beautiful blue ocean.

What were the strongest aspects of SEA Semester?

Observing how well everyone came together as a community. I have lost things in my life, but I will never lose my shipmates. Nothing can take away what we accomplished together!

What were the most challenging aspects of SEA Semester?

Balancing out our workload while still making sure the ship was a safe environment.

Words of advice for future SEA Semester students?

Be ready to truly challenge yourself and push yourself to your limits. Once you complete this program you will feel on top of the world. By the way, you will want to get back on a sailboat in a heartbeat.
